Maine has always embraced its history - Weathered cedar shingles, family cottages passed down through generations, heirloom quilts, and handwritten recipes and old cookbooks. Nothing here has to be brand new to be beautiful and I think that's why vintage bridal feels so at home in Maine. That might be why the first wedding dress I sold at my shop was vintage. And the first accessory I sold (before I was even open), was this charming vintage silk organza beaded clutch. Styled so beautifully by my friend and bride at her Bailey Island Library Hall wedding this past June.
At Keepsake Bridal, I've always believed that the dress you wear on your wedding day should tell a story, not just because of the memories you'll create in it, but because of the craftsmanship, intention, and individuality woven into it, looooong before you found it.
